"Professional" refers to a registered artisan or tradesperson. "Customer" refers to any individual seeking services through our platform.

To become a member, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate information, and pay the required fees. Membership is subject to approval by ChamaLink administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Rights and Responsibilities of Members
Members have the right to access member benefits, participate in association activities, and use the digital membership ID. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate information, paying fees on time, and adhering to the code of conduct.
5. Code of Conduct
Members and professionals are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all times. This includes treating customers with respect, providing quality services, and maintaining honesty in all dealings. Any form of misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.
6. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid in full before services are provided. Registration fees and annual fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. ChamaLink reserves the right to change fees with prior notice to members.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ChamaLink platform, including logos, trademarks, and digital materials, are the property of ChamaLink. Members may not reproduce or use these materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChamaLink provides a platform for connecting professionals with customers. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by professionals. Customers are advised to verify credentials before engaging any professional.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
10. Termination
ChamaLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct deemed harmful to the association. Members may also voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice.
11. Modifications to Terms
ChamaLink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of Tanzania.
